Ridgeview staff donned blue on April 21 during Open Forum in support of Child Abuse Awareness month. Since we missed out on the group photo, we pulled one from 2016!

Ridgeview supports #B4Stage4 Luncheon

Ridgeview was a proud table sponsor for the #B4Stage4 luncheon hosted by the Mental Health Association of Tennessee on April 26 at the Holiday Inn on Henley Street. Ridgeview Cares spreads the word

Lindy Clapp and Melody Morris welcomed guests to learn about Ridgeview Cares programming and services on March 31 in the Multi-purpose Room.

Guests included other Ridgeview staff, key stakeholders, and several clients who generously shared testimony regarding the benefits they've received from outpatient substance-abuse treatment afforded through RV Cares. Ridgeview Cares is funded by Ryan White Part B and is modeled after the highly effective STOP program. To learn more about how to make a referral, contact Lindy Clapp at ext. 1260.

Innovation in Practice provides Summary Recommendations

Ridgeview's Operations and Management Team along with four Board of Directors attended the summary report from the Innovation in Practice Project Team. The project was a partnership between the Haslam School of Business at the University of Tennessee and Ridgeview. The project's purpose was to provide recommendations on how to increase regional brand awareness. These recommendations will be integrated into the agency's overall strategic planning process.

Congratulations to Matched for Success!

On April 6, the Supported Employment Program, Matched for Success, hosted an Executive Steering Committee meeting to review and celebrate the IPS Model. Nichole Garrett, Program Coordinator, led an overview of the program data reports and a fidelity review of the IPS Model. Highlights included focus on IPS Principle #4, Attention to Worker Preferences. Guests were treated to testimony from two clients, with additional complementary highlights from Erin Bennett and Evelyn Rolan.

Furthermore, the Matched for Success Team was on hand to join in celebrating Jill Rightler, who received the IPS Supported Employment Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor of the Year Award.
