Ridgeview’s renovated Harriman campus opens to public

Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services celebrated the renovation of the Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Peer Support Center, located at 221 Devonia Street in Harriman, on April 22, 2016. “The programs in the newly remodeled facility complete and complement Ridgeview’s continuum of services and promote opportunities for individuals to realize their goals” stated Brian Buuck, CEO. The public was able to tour the facility, enjoy lunch, and learn how educational programming and peer supports are key interventions to promote overall mental health, wellness, and recovery to individuals diagnosed with a mental illness and/or substance abuse issues.

Jan McNally, Chair of Ridgeview’s Board of Directors, said, “We’re delighted to be able to provide an environment that helps promote health, recovery, and hope to individuals who are living with a mental illness.”
