Inpatient Unit Appreciation

While a great many Ridgeview colleagues had slipped into a deep slumber, our "Midnight Shift" on the IPU were receiving a banquet of appreciation as their workday was just beginning. Ridgeview wanted to extend our sincere appreciation and acknowledgement for all they do to support the healing and recovery of our patients.

A few days later, a pizza lunch was provided to appreciate a great many we see day to day! A value of Ridgeview's is Teamwork, where we work in a collaborative manner with co-workers with each contributing essential parts to comprimise the whole for the betterment of those we serve. Truly, we honor and appreciate the teamwork that exists on IPU each and every day ... and night!

Ridgeview shares the good news during Anderson County Chamber Not-for-Profit Day

On August 3, Ridgeview staff mingled, made connections, and shared the good news regarding our mission to the Anderson County Chamber Not-for-Profit Day held at Centennial Golf Course. Members of the "Matched for Success" Supportive Employment Program were on hand to make business connections and also promote hope, healing, and recovery! TN Health Link makes benefits known to waiting room guests at Outpatient Clinic locales

Thanks to the THL program managers, efforts are underway to further client linkage to the TennCare eligible member benefit of Health Link services. Please take a moment to check out a THL information Hub at a clinic locale near you! If you know of a client that may benefit from THL services, please reach out to Mildred Beasley for adults and Amy Olson for children and youth.

 

 

Ridgeview draws a crowd during Campbell County's National Night Out in LaFollette

A signature event of summer for downtown LaFollette is their much celebrated National Night Out event, which brings the community out in force. Ben Marlow, a LaFollette native and Ridgeview therapist, was the centerpiece of attention as every fire fighter, police officer, parent, and community supporter seemed to know Ben. Truly, he was perfectly positioned to promote Ridgeview's services within the community. Meanwhile, Yates tried his hand at amateur face painting to entertain the kids while Ben held court.

Oak Ridge Fire Department executes the trifecta at Ridgeview

Oak Ridge Fire Department's Station No. 2 spent much of their Monday morning responding to three different alerts from Ridgeview. In gratitude, we felt like a Cheesecake Sampler from Honey Baked Ham was a fitting token of our appreciation as their positive, can-do responsiveness was a welcomed way to begin the week. Thanks Station No. 2!

 

 

 

Customer Centricity Project leads to Ridgeview staff joining the Screen Actors Guild!

As part of the Customer Centricity Change Project, Ridgeview will be inserting video footage regarding programs and services. On August 14, Mildred Beasley courageously sat before our cameras to share the good news regarding Ridgeview's TN Health Link program. Quite simply, she was marvelous! Other Ridgeview contributors included Brooke Claborne, Sherry Hicks, and Brian Buuck. Thanks to Shane Neer for lending his filming, director, and editing skills to the process. Michael Yates served as the Key Grip!

Donning "eclipse approved" eye-wear, Ridgeview staff at the Main Center stepped outside to gaze upon the celestial event that turned daylight into dusk.
